Northeast Auxiliary Chemical Industry Co., Ltd,
formerly named Shenyang Xinsheng Chemical Co Ltd and
Shengyang Northeast Auxiliary Chemical Plant, which
was founded in 1952 in Shenyang City, and relocated
to Wuqiang Town, Hebei province in 2003. Northeast
is the first company that specialized in rubber
chemicals manufacture, and contributes a lot to the
Tyre industry and rubber produst Industry of China.

million RBM to built two product series: rubber
